Yes! Key West International Airport EYW is a quick 10-minute drive from the hotel.
No. Unfortunately we don't have an airport shuttle. (But we DO have a shuttle that goes to Duval Street and Smathers Beach!). We recommend a cab or Uber/ Lyft which are all easy to catch from EYW.
Yes. In fact, if you plan on parking during your stay with us, valet parking is the only option. Parking is complicated on Key West and we've found that the best, most convenient option is to offer valet parking on our property exclusively. Valet parking costs $23.00 per night plus tax. And please note: this is a 24-hour service that is not included in the resort fee. It's a flat rate and includes as many in/out privileges as you need.
Our complimentary shuttle of course! It goes to and from Duval Street and Smathers Beach, and runs every two hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Our Key West hotel shuttle is first come, first serve. Our shuttle can accommodate up to 14 passengers and reservations are recommended due to limited seating if you are traveling with a larger party.
Parking is available all over Key West, but it is meter parking. If you're feeling a but more adventurous, renting a bike, golf cart, or scooter are also options to get around the city. Or if you prefer, Key West has Uber, Lyft, and taxis available as well. When it comes to getting around town, there's options-a-plenty!
We're dedicated to sustainable hospitality & protecting the ecosystem surrounding the Florida Keys. As part of our program, we only replace towels left on the floor and linens are changed only by request, to schedule please contact the front desk. We have streaming services on all televisions, which allow guests to connect to their own Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon account (we don't want you to be without your shows!). We also provide Sonifi on demand, which allows guests to purchase movies and music directly from their TVs. The start screen for Sonifi gives the guests the current weather for the day as well as the contact information for the hotel (extensions etc...). And we have automatic air conditioners with an adjustable thermostat. Lastly, we have bluetooth speaker clock radios that guests can plug their personal devices into, stream their music, and charge their devices. there's never a dull moment at Parrot Key (unless that's what you'd like!).
Yes! You may purchase the following items: Parrot Key-branded robes, coffee mugs, flip flips (men and womens), and umbrellas. We also sell Grove Restaraunt and Bar coasters and travel mugs. Our lobby retail store also sells Turkish Towels, and L'Occitane bath and soap amenities.
Check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. For our Waterfront Premium rooms, guests are given (upon availability) an early check in time of 3pm and a late check out time of 12pm (noon).
Yes, but it entirely depends upon availability. We are always happy to store your bags if your room isn't ready.
Our front desk is open 24 hours a day. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, so even if you check in past midnight (12am), guests will still be charged for their expected arrival date.If you are planning on arriving past 11pm on your expected arrival date, please reach out to us to let us know you are still coming.
Parrot Key has a minimum age requirement of 25 years to reserve a room. Upon check-in, this will be confirmed by photo ID. Guests beneath the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest 25 years or older during the full course of their stay. Parties unaccompanied by an adult of 25 years or older may be asked to leave at any time during their stay without a refund.
Sure thing! We provide storage for all luggage at the Front Desk. And to ensure you get the most out of your stay, guests are welcome to use all property amenities (pools, shuttle, restaurant) before their departure.
Yes, we provide dry cleaning services, and wash and fold with a third party vendor who picks up and returns your clothes same-day.

We love business travelers! As such, we have a 24 hour business station and our front desk staff can assist with any faxes, copies, etc.
Head to Sunset Watersports on-site and you'll find jet ski tours, bike rentals, scooter, golf cart, kayak, and padlelboard rentals.
Yes! We have a 24 hour gym located on the property. It features a bike, treadmill elliptical, and free weights.
Each guest room has a safe located in the closet or armoire. We also have secure safes at the front desk for small personal storage.
Absolutely! Packages are welcome. We advise the guest name to be the same on the reservation. We will send all packages to your room upon arrival.
We are a 100% smoke-free property. We do have two designated smoking areas in close proximity of the property. These areas can be found on property map provided at check-in.
We are a NOT a pet-friendly hotel, however service dogs are welcome.
A third party may pay for any reservation with the following stipulations: a credit card authorization and all accompanying paperwork must be sent to the reservations team at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Please note, we do require a credit card of the guest staying in-house for incidentals.
Credit cards are charged a one-night fee deposit when reservations are made directly through our website and or our reservations center. Upon check-in, we authorize guest cards to ensure the entire amount is secure, but allow guests to change payment upon check out. Sorry, but we do not accept cash payments as walk-in reservations.
Individual reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival or a penalty of the first night room rate and tax will be retained by the hotel. Some of our rate plans are pre-paid and non refundable. A no show, date change, or early check out will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Please call 866-984-1519 to confirm the cancellation policy for the reservations booked.

Yes, we have ample amount of restaurants and cafes in Key West. Our Concierge can review all recommended restaurants to our guests.

Yes, all check ins require a photo identification card and/or passport.
No. Children are counted in the person count. So if a room can only occupy two people, children are included in the count. Therefore an additional room needs to be purchased if there are more than 3 persons in your party. We require any guest to be the age of 25 or higher unless accompanied by an adult.

Lobster Season
Lobster season in the Florida Keys typically runs from August 6th to March 31st.
The daily bag limit is six lobsters per person for Monroe County, including the Florida Keys.
Lobsters must have a carapace length larger than 3 inches measured in a straight line from the base of the horns to the end of the carapace.
Lobstering is allowed from one-half hour before sunrise to sunset during the open season.

No, Parrot Key Hotel & Villas Insider is a 3rd party company that has partnered with travel companies to give guests that book direct personalized rewards to enhance their experience before, during, and after their stay.
After you make a direct booking on the hotel website, you will be prompted to select rewards. Please note all rewards are released the day before check-in, so you should make any changes to your selections before that time.
Instructions on how to redeem rewards will be emailed to you before your check-in date.

Yes, you can change your rewards up to 2 days before checking in by clicking the “Select New Rewards” button in the confirmation email from info@laasie.ai.
